Lunch Box: Pasta Salad
Off to uni and work with this yummy lunch:
- pasta salad with pasta and low fat Miracle Whip, kidney beans, gherkins and Gouda cheese cubes
- an apple and a banana as snack
Thursday breakfast is greek yoghurt with apple, banana, cashews, pecans, oats, flaxseed, hempseed, raisin and a little bit of honey.
